The awards ceremony for the 26th Moscow Government “Guiding Star – 2025” Tourism and Hospitality Awards took place at the Zaryadye Concert Hall in Moscow. The ceremony recognized 44 winners implementing projects of significance to the city’s hospitality industry.
AZIMUT Hotels received an award in the “Best Hotel Social Project” category for its contribution to the development of inclusive sports. AZIMUT Hotels collaborates with the More Than You Can Foundation, helping its beneficiaries pursue their sporting dreams by taking part in races and marathons across Russia. The company also partners with the Oncologika Foundation, LizaAlert Search and Rescue Team and other charitable organizations, providing targeted support for their important social missions and inspiring guests across the country to spread kindness through the special AZIMUT Lights Hearts project.
The AZIMUT Care corporate program won in the “Best Training Project in Service and Hospitality” category. This large-scale initiative is designed to develop and train all employees across the chain, regardless of their position or location. At its core is a system of values built around four principles of care: care for the guest, the company, oneself and the team. The project’s effectiveness is reflected in growing employee engagement and has a direct impact on guest loyalty, with one in two guests returning to AZIMUT Hotels properties and sanatoriums.
Maxim Brodovsky, CEO of AZIMUT Hotels:
“At AZIMUT Hotels, we believe that addressing social challenges is just as important to the company as achieving its financial goals. Supporting inclusive sports initiatives and charitable foundations, as well as investing in employee training and development, is an integral part of our social mission to society. We thank the Moscow Government’s Committee for Tourism for these awards and for drawing the industry’s attention to these projects. After all, anyone who can do good and chooses to do so is already a winner!”
