The largest hotel chain, AZIMUT Hotels, has been recognized with an award from the «Best Social Projects of Russia» prize in the «Charity» category for its systematic work with charitable foundations and the «AZIMUT Sets Hearts on Fire» project.
«AZIMUT Sets Hearts on Fire» – one of the flagship social projects of the AZIMUT Hotels chain, aimed at supporting charitable foundations and raising awareness of their work. The campaign is held ahead of Valentine's Day and encourages the company's employees and guests to donate bonus points in support of the beneficiaries of various foundations. Through this initiative, the company seeks to broaden the meaning of the holiday and to show that love and care for those in need are truly important and valuable.
In 2026, the project marked its 11th anniversary. Over two weeks, from February 1 to February 15, 2026, in support of the foundations «Oncologica», «More Than You Can» and the «LizaAlert» search and rescue team, participants in the campaign donated a record 21.3 million bonus points from the AZIMUT Bonus program. This year, the average donation amount increased by 54%. All collected bonus points are distributed among the charitable organizations, which can use them to accommodate their beneficiaries across Russia and provide them with assistance in difficult situations. The culmination of the campaign each year is the lighting of hearts on the facades of the chain's hotels and sanatoriums across the country – a bright symbol of care and support.
For AZIMUT Hotels, cooperation with charitable foundations is an important part of the company's social responsibility. The company develops this area on an ongoing basis, focusing on long-term interaction with non-profit organizations and support for social initiatives. The award has become a recognition of the hotel chain's systematic approach to charitable activity.
