AZIMUT Hotels, Russia’s largest hotel chain, has won the prestigious CRE Federal Awards in the “Commercial Real Estate Developer of the Year” category. The company received the “Golden Brick” award for the large-scale development of hotel infrastructure and the opening of 11 new hotels in 2025.
The 22nd CRE Awards ceremony, honoring achievements in the commercial real estate sector, was held in Moscow. The awards bring together leading representatives of the commercial real estate market and recognize the industry’s most significant projects and professional achievements of the past year.
In 2025, AZIMUT Hotels opened 11 new properties in Russia and Uzbekistan, continuing to expand its portfolio and strengthen its presence in key tourist, business and regional centers. Experts highlighted the company’s contribution to the development of high-quality hotel infrastructure that meets the needs of travelers. Over the year, more than 3 million guests stayed at the chain’s hotels, while average annual occupancy exceeded 70%.
Among the properties opened in 2025 were new hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as at resorts and in major regional centers. AZIMUT Park Hotel Vinogradnaya 4* and AZIMUT Park Hotel & Spa Repino 4* were also named winners of the CRE Federal Awards 2026 in the “Hotel Real Estate Redevelopment” category.
“This prestigious award is first and foremost recognition of the results and scale of the work carried out by the AZIMUT Hotels team to develop hotel infrastructure in Russia, as these achievements are only possible thanks to their efforts. The hotel business is extremely challenging, and every opening involves a great deal of work — from selecting a location and implementing the project to building a team and launching a fully-fledged hotel product. In 2025, we managed to open 11 hotels in 9 cities, and it is particularly gratifying that the professional community recognizes not only the scale of our development, but also the quality of the projects we have delivered. In April 2026, one of AZIMUT Hotels’ projects, which opened the previous year, received professional recognition at the CRE Moscow Awards. AZIMUT Hotel Orekhovo-Zuyevo 4*, located in the 19th-century building of the Nikolskaya Morozov Manufactory, won in the “Hotel Real Estate Redevelopment” category.
