AZIMUT Hotels, Russia’s largest hotel chain, has become a new resident of the Kamchatka Advanced Development Territory (ADT) and is implementing an investment project to construct and operate a five-star hotel complex in the Yelizovsky District. Construction of the new complex is scheduled for completion by 2030.
The hotel complex will be located on a 22-hectare site in the Paratunka resort area of the Yelizovsky Municipal District. The project is focused on developing the region’s premium tourism segment and business infrastructure.
The future complex will include:
- A main hotel building with 120 rooms.
- 30 cottages.
- Restaurants.
- A spa area with thermal pools.
- Multifunctional halls for business and private events.
Despite strong tourist demand in Kamchatka, the region continues to face a shortage of high-quality accommodation. The new AZIMUT Hotels property, offering a high level of service, will provide guests with a comfortable place to relax and recharge after outdoor adventures while enjoying the peninsula’s pristine air and spectacular scenery.
The hotel complex is expected to welcome up to 20,000 guests annually, contributing to increased business activity and tourist flows. The project will become part of the Three Volcanoes tourism cluster and strengthen Kamchatka’s position as one of the leading destinations for domestic and international tourism.
