Russia's largest hotel chain, AZIMUT Hotels, is expanding its presence in the Urals. The first hotel complex with thermal baths, featuring 95 rooms, will open under the management of the federal operator in a popular resort area of the Sverdlovsk Region in 2028.
The management agreement for the future hotel complex was signed at the INNOPROM-2026 International Industrial Exhibition by Maxim Brodovsky, CEO of the AZIMUT Hotels chain, and Stanislav Yankovsky, CEO of Berezovaya Roshcha LLC (Ogon Plyazh).
The Baltym Thermal Springs project will be delivered in partnership between the developer Svoboda Mysli and the owners of Ogon Plyazh. Investment in the project will exceed RUB 1.5 billion, and it will create more than 100 new jobs. Construction of the complex will begin in autumn 2026.
AZIMUT Park Hotel Baltym 4* will be built as part of the Baltym Thermal Springs resort on the shore of the lake of the same name, 20 km from Yekaterinburg. The 10-hectare site will comprise a four-star hotel with 95 rooms, a 3,200 sq. m thermal complex, a restaurant, recreation areas, a children's play area and a sports ground, along with a park area set in a birch grove.
The new property will enhance the region's tourism infrastructure with quality accommodation and a broad range of options for event tourism. The complex will be able to host more than 50,000 guests annually.

We are confident that the project will become a new point of attraction both for residents of the region and for travelers from across the country."
Stanislav Yankovsky, CEO of Berezovaya Roshcha LLC: "Our goal is to create a modern, year-round resort where every element complements the next. The complex will feature 10 different banyas and saunas — a kelo steam room, a sauna on the water, a malachite hammam, and more. For guests with children, there will be a children's sauna, a playroom, and shallow areas in the pools. At the same time, the location itself will remain the main advantage — the first shoreline of Lake Baltym and a spot on the 'Demidov Route,' with convenient access to key attractions."
