A new four-star hotel with 246 rooms will open under the management of AZIMUT Hotels at the Level work Nizhegorodskaya business center in 2028.
AZIMUT City Hotel Nizhegorodskaya, with a total area of more than 12,000 square meters, will occupy 20 floors. The hotel’s room inventory will include four accommodation categories: single and double rooms, superior rooms and suites. Hotel and business center guests will have access to a restaurant, bar, conference room and meeting rooms, as well as underground parking with direct access to the hotel. In addition to office space, the business center will feature a retail gallery with a food hall, supermarket, restaurant and fitness area.
Level work Nizhegorodskaya business center will be located in southeastern Moscow, just a three-minute walk from the Nizhegorodskaya metro, Moscow Central Circle (MCC) and Moscow Central Diameters (MCD) stations. The project is situated within the Nizhegorodskaya transport hub, which brings together metro, MCC, MCD-4, railway, public and private transport.
The project places a particular emphasis on sports facilities. The business center will feature extensive sports infrastructure, including an aqua-thermal complex with a spa area, an indoor arena with padel and squash courts, as well as an outdoor football pitch. Thanks to the high quality standards of AZIMUT Hotels, the hotel will become one of the largest elements of the complex’s infrastructure, providing comfortable accommodation for event participants and travelers.
Maxim Brodovsky, CEO of AZIMUT Hotels: “Excellent transport accessibility combined with the complex’s extensive on-site infrastructure will help create a new, state-of-the-art business center that will become a destination in its own right and a major venue for events and conferences. We are confident that, thanks to its well-thought-out concept bringing together office spaces, conference facilities, restaurants and sports facilities in one location, the new hotel operated by AZIMUT Hotels will be highly successful and, most importantly, appealing to our valued guests.”
Alexandra Zakharova, Commercial Real Estate Director at Level Group: “The arrival of a hotel operator at Level work Nizhegorodskaya is a logical step for a project of this scale. The business center is located within a major transport hub, making the hotel not an additional amenity but an integral part of the business infrastructure. It will serve office tenants, event participants, business travelers and tourists. From the outset, we envisioned the project not as a monofunctional office building, but as a complete environment where wellness infrastructure, sports facilities, restaurants and retail spaces develop alongside workspaces. Such mixed-use formats are proving to be among the most sustainable and attractive options for tenants today.”
