The largest Russian hotel chain, has summarized its results for 2025. According to the reporting period, the company increased its revenue by 15% to RUB 32 billion. The network’s room inventory reached 12,700 units by the end of the year.
In 2025, AZIMUT Hotels strengthened its position in the Russian hospitality market, maintaining its leadership in both the number of properties and the volume of new room inventory. In total, the company opened 11 hotels in Russia and Uzbekistan. Over the year, more than 3 million guests stayed at the network’s properties, with an average annual occupancy rate exceeding 70%.
At the same time, the network continued to develop its investment direction and began construction of three new properties: a premium 5-star sanatorium in Belokurikha (Altai Krai), as well as resort hotels in Derbent on the Caspian Sea coast and on Lake Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan.
In 2025, a number of agreements were signed for the management of hotel properties in Russia and abroad. These properties are currently under construction and will begin operating under the AZIMUT brand within the next 2–5 years.
In addition to further expanding the network both in Russia and internationally, in 2026 the company will place special emphasis on improving product quality and service. Planned projects include upgrades at the Metropol Gelendzhik hotel, completion of facade renovations in Ulyanovsk, construction of new rooms and suites in Khabarovsk and Murmansk, the launch of an outdoor heated pool in Nebug, as well as a number of other initiatives across various properties in the network.
