On March 17, the annual business event AZIMUT Market Place 2026 took place in the halls of the legendary Metropol Hotel in Moscow. This year’s event is particularly special as it marks the beginning of a юбилейный year—the company will celebrate its 20th anniversary in September 2026.

AZIMUT Market Place is the network’s main partner event, combining a business agenda with informal networking. This format allows participants to explore the capabilities of the network’s properties, discuss industry trends ahead of the summer tourist season, and outline future cooperation plans. This year, the event gathered a record number of guests, with more than 600 representatives of hospitality companies, tour operators, agencies, as well as managers of the network’s hotels and санатории attending the venue.

Guests had the opportunity to appreciate the scale of AZIMUT’s geography—from the Kaliningrad region to the Far East—as well as the gastronomic diversity of different peoples. As part of the updated “Gastronomic Map of Russia” project, more than 30 regional dishes from the network’s destinations were presented.

The results of the previous year were summarized by AZIMUT Hotels CEO Maxim Brodovsky. He noted that the total room inventory of the network exceeded 12,700 rooms by year-end, confirming steady expansion and strengthening the brand’s position in the hospitality market. In 2025, 11 hotels were opened under the AZIMUT brand in Russia and Uzbekistan. New properties were launched in Tashkent, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Arkhyz, Irkutsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Saransk, Sol-Iletsk, and Orekhovo-Zuyevo. The renovation of the AZIMUT Health Ivushka Sochi sanatorium was also completed, with investments exceeding 500 million rubles.

At the same time, the network continues to develop its investment direction and has begun the construction of three new properties: a 5-star sanatorium in the Belokurikha resort area of Altai Krai, a premium hotel on the first coastline in Derbent, and a resort hotel on Lake Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan. In total, more than 2,500 rooms are currently under development at various stages, including partner projects of the network.

Maxim Brodovsky, CEO of AZIMUT Hotels:

“The results of 2025 reflect the outcome of a consistent development strategy pursued by AZIMUT Hotels. The significant growth in the number of properties indicates the trust placed in us, which we highly value and treat with great responsibility. The increase in revenue, expansion of the room inventory, and construction of new properties confirm the resilience of the business and the strong development potential of both the AZIMUT Hotels network and the tourism industry in Russia as a whole.”

In 2026, AZIMUT Hotels plans to continue its geographic expansion and portfolio development, including beyond Russia, with a particular focus on the quality of the guest experience and efficient management of hotel assets.
