The largest hotel of the AZIMUT Hotels chain will be built in Anapa

The project is being implemented under an agreement between the management company AZIMUT Hotels and the developer ADM group. The new AZIMUT Park Hotel Anapa 4* will include three buildings with a total capacity of over 1,500 rooms. Guests will have access to premium-class buildings with an increased level of service, a family building with a well-thought-out infrastructure for families with children, and a building aimed at sports enthusiasts and active lifestyle enthusiasts.

The buildings are being erected in parallel, monolithic work is currently underway at the level of the 5th-6th floors. Also, the bowls of future swimming pools are being installed on the territory of the complex, which will be the largest in Anapa - their total area is equal to three football fields. Completion of construction and opening of AZIMUT Park Hotel Anapa 4* is planned for 2027.

Resort "Luchi" will occupy 32 hectares in the center of Anapa.

The resort will include:

• The largest indoor water park in the south of Russia with an area of more than 30 thousand m²
• Shopping and entertainment areas.
• Over 30 restaurants.
• Congress hall for 1,500 seats.

Special attention is paid to landscape improvement. For guests, the developer plans to create a picturesque landscape park with viewing platforms, open-air art objects and a network of pedestrian routes. The first accommodation facilities will open their doors to guests in 2027, and the full completion of the resort is scheduled for 2030.
