By the start of the 2025-2026 ski season, the AZIMUT Hotels chain will open two properties in the center of the Arkhyz tourist village: a 5* hotel with 220 rooms and a 4* hotel with 180 rooms. The total number of rooms will allow the resort to receive 10-15% more tourists per year.

The projects will become part of the chain's development strategy at key ski resorts in Russia. The following will be opened along with the hotels:

  • A spa complex with an indoor pool, treatment rooms and an outdoor year-round heated pool.
  • A restaurant with a view on the roof of one of the buildings.
  • Conference areas for events inside the hotels will appear.
  • Rooms for storing sports equipment.

Arkhyz is a rapidly gaining popularity all-season destination. In the summer, tourists and climbers are attracted by unique landscapes, unusual routes, rafting and other extreme sports. In winter, the resort is famous for its abundance of snow and wide ski slopes. In 2024, the tourist flow to Arkhyz exceeded 1 million people. With the opening of new high-quality accommodation facilities of the AZIMUT Hotels chain, the resort will be able to offer guests an additional level of comfort and service.

The development of domestic ski tourism is one of the company's priorities, and the appearance of new hotels in Arkhyz is an important step in the implementation of this strategy. In the coming years, AZIMUT Hotels plans to open 5-6 hotel and sanatorium-type facilities at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains. This will improve the level of service at the resort and provide guests with new opportunities for a comfortable and high-quality holiday.

Currently, the AZIMUT Hotels chain is also implementing a number of investment projects to develop tourism infrastructure in Altai and Sheregesh. Within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum SPIEF-2025, the AZIMUT Hotels chain signed an agreement with the Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic on the construction of three infrastructure facilities in the region.
